We're launching a massive, double-expandable trailer with extensive exterior interactive elements, and we need a dedicated duo to be the co-captains of this mission. You will be the face of the brand, the logistics experts, and the technical gurus responsible for delivering a flawless event, city after city.
This is a long-term, 42-week (nonconsecutive) tour. You’ll get paid training in December, launch over the holidays, and run the program through June 2028.

You are a self-contained unit. While you each have a primary role, you are both responsible for the tour's success, from setup to teardown.
Team Member 1: The Driver (The Pilot)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Controls Installation Superintendent to lead BMS and EPMS installation projects in mission-critical data center environments. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Lead and supervise installation teams, including technicians and subcontractors.</li>
<li>Plan and organize daily operations, task assignments, and resource allocation.</li>
<li>Conduct site inspections for compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and project specifications.</li>
<li>Act as the primary on-site contact for BMS/EPMS installation matters.</li>
<li>Attend coordination meetings and provide accurate progress updates.</li>
<li>Oversee conduit installation (EMT, Rigid, PVC) for BMS and EPMS cabling pathways.</li>
<li>Direct cable pulling and ensure proper routing through conduits and raceways.</li>
<li>Supervise terminations of control wiring and communication cabling in panels and devices.</li>
<li>Interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and blueprints.</li>
<li>Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and IT trades for system integration.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot technical issues and support commissioning activities.</li>
<li>Maintain daily reports, progress logs, and installation documentation.</li>
<li>Submit QA/QC reports and as-built drawings.</li>
</ul>
What You'll Need to Succeed:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred.</li>
<li>7+ years in electrical installation, with 3–5 years supervising BMS/EPMS projects.</li>
<li>Expertise in conduit bending and cable termination.</li>
<li>Familiarity with BMS/EPMS platforms (Schneider, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, etc.).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, and data center infrastructure.</li>
<li>Proficiency in low-voltage wiring and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks).</li>
<li>Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to use construction management software and MS Office.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights and in varying weather conditions.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel to project sites as required.</li>
</ul>
