What You Will Do

<li>Work the overnight shift (11 PM - 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins.</li>
<li>Balance the books nightly-post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and make sure every penny has a home.</li>
<li>Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally (even at 3 AM).</li>
<li>Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries like a night owl with a calculator.</li>
<li>Keep things secure and confidential-you're the trusted closer of the day's business.</li>

What We Are Looking For

<li>Front office experience (6+ months) - You've been behind the desk before and know how to keep things running solo.</li>

<li>Answer telephone promptly and direct calls accordingly.</li>
<li>Ability to retrieve phone messages and transfer calls as necessary.</li>
<li>Verify patient insurance.</li>
<li>Ability to retrieve all correspondence from all mailboxes and distribute accordingly.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize the centers business needs and flexibility to assist other areas as needed.</li>
<li>Responsible for scheduling appointments, checking-in/out patients, and obtaining accurate patient information.</li>
<li>Greet patients and visitors in a courteous/professional manner.</li>
<li>Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrival and directs visitor to correct area.</li>
<li>Perform clerical functions.</li>
<li>Maintain/update directory of all employees in the center.</li>
<li>Notify the transportation dispatcher when patients are ready for pick up.</li>
