POSITION SUMMARY:

The Line Locator is responsible for identifying, mapping out, locating, and marking underground facilities using sophisticated mapping programs, electronic detection equipment, and utility maps in communication with contractors. In addition, they will coordinate and provide assistance in assessing locations for a need to repair, modify, and expand complying with industry standards, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Locates and marks underground distribution system for contractors and others performing excavation work using appropriate locating equipment.</li>
<li>Perform locates and mark facilities, using mechanical locate devices or drawings.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Drives vehicle to excavation sites and is responsible for related safety equipment and supplies utilized in work activity.</li>
<li>Work with outside and internal contractors and internal personnel to reduce facility damage.</li>
<li>Develop relationships and educate 3rd party contractors on safe digging practices.</li>

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Basic Qualifications:

SUMMARY
The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting the store's management staff with providing quality customer service. The Sales Associate is knowledgeable in each product area or department in our store. Upholds policies, procedures and standards listed in the visual manual. They must fully promote each sale and/or promotion. Serves as an ambassador of Hibbett I City Gear creating a unique customer experience helping to acquire and retain long-time customers. The Sales Associate is passionate about giving outstanding customer service and promoting the merchandise in stores.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Produce and give extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual, including helping customers as they enter the store, and helping multiple customers during peak periods.</li>
<li>Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett I City Gear.</li>
<li>Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.</li>
<li>Practice and uphold all Hibbett I City Gear policies, procedures, and standards as listed in the operations policy manual, personnel policy manual, visual manual, customer service manual, and memos with the company’s direction.</li>
<li>Asist in the daily operations of the store, including completing work lists, clean up lists, weekly shipments, and store maintenance.</li>
<li>Utilize presenting merchandise to promote and sell goods, guidance found in the product knowledge manual. </li>
<li>Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.</li>
<li>Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations problems to store management staff.</li>
<li>Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.</li>
<li>Protect the company’s assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk. </li>
</ul>
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.
QUALIFICATIONS

<li>0-2 years of customer service experience.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Is a self-starter, has initiative to take on important tasks without being asked.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.</li>
<li>Is a team-player, passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.</li>

SUMMARY
Hibbett | City Gear is looking for dedicated drivers to transport merchandise from one Hibbett or City Gear location to another. &nbsp;Drivers are responsible for ensuring that all boxes received make it to their destinations without damage and all merchandise is present. Drivers are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the vehicles. Drivers are also required to have and maintain a clean driving record.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Adhere to delivery schedule</li>
<li>Complete shipment logs at every location</li>
<li>Load, secure, and protect product in delivery vehicle and safely transport merchandise</li>
<li>Document all vehicle movement on daily route sheets</li>
<li>Offload merchandise in a secure and safe manner</li>
<li>Maintain routine vehicle inspections and service to ensure proper working condition of vehicle</li>
<li>Always keep vehicle clean and orderly</li>
<li>Adhere to state and federal break requirements</li>
<li>Protect the company’s assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk.</li>

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>3 year of experience driving</li>
<li>Positive customer service skills that will be used when interacting with store personnel and customers</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally</li>
<li>Attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task</li>
<li>Must be able to lift 30 pounds</li>
<li>Proficient in applicable technology such as GPS and Time Clocks</li>
<li>Must pass a background check</li>
<li>Must be insurable through Hibbett I City Gear’s insurance vendor and maintain insurability.&nbsp;</li>
