Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidates should be highly motivated and adept at handling the complexities of litigation cases in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Filing and serving documents in state and federal courts</li>
<li>Calendaring litigation deadlines</li>
<li>Drafting various litigation pleadings</li>
<li>Assisting in the discovery process (gathering evidence and organizing deposition transcripts), and summarizing the materials for the attorney to review</li>
<li>Organizing case files</li>
<li>Communicating with clients and court staff</li>
<li>Tracking attorney hours</li>
<li>Scheduling and coordinating depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and meetings</li>
<li>Managing and analyzing large volumes of documents, including personnel files, HR policies, and payroll records</li>
<li>Preparing Table of Contents and Table of Authorities for motions</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree&nbsp;required; Paralegal certificate recommended</li>
<li>3+ years of relevant paralegal experience, specifically in employment litigation cases</li>
<li>Strong research and writing skills</li>
<li>Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams</li>
