The Youth Treatment Counselor (YTC) is responsible for supporting a therapeutic residential program that fosters youth resilience, healing, informed by best practices, and a deep understanding of trauma informed care.This position will be responsible for the supervision and support of clients in the residential setting, as well as timely documentation of all incidents.A successful YTC must have a broad knowledge of best practice milieu skills and modalities for working with children with intellectual disabilities, neurodevelopmental delays, complex trauma, knowledge in child development, and of the relationship between trauma and neurobiology, and a critical thinking lens grounded in a trauma informed client centered philosophy.

Essential Job Functions
<ul>
<li>Assist clients in identifying and working toward self-directed treatment goals. </li>
<li>Collaborate with the internal and external treatment team on progress and barriers in therapeutic treatment goals for the clients home and community environments.</li>
<li>Provide clean, safe, and therapeutic environments for the clients at all times.</li>
<li>Engage clients in social emotional skill acquisition and practice. </li>
<li>Ensure positive behavior supports are being implemented on a milieu and in the community consistently to support and encourage clients from a strengths-based lens. </li>
</ul>

<li>Assist and support clients in getting ready for, and transitioning away from, school.</li>
<li>Take clients into the community to provide age normative childhood experiences.</li>
<li>Supervise and monitor clients during all wake and sleeping hours. </li>
<li>Utilize trauma informed therapeutic interventions for behavior management (both verbal and non-verbal) and physical managements as a last resort when imminent safety is at risk.</li>

JOB SUMMARY:
To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being an effective team member. Provide clinical supervision with an emphasis on the Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy Model and Administrative supervision to ensuring assigned teams provide treatment and complete documentation in accordance with agency policy and state regulations. Provide direct service as needed within the Family Based Program.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or related field; Three years direct service experience in a CASSP program including 2 years supervisory experience; ESFT, CBT and/or TF-CBT certified preferred, LMFT, LCSW, LPC preferred; Ability to use electronic health record required. Basic Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills desired; Good communication and organizational skills.
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1. Provide leadership and weekly supervision of assigned Family Based teams.
2. Collaborate on a regular basis with other child serving systems.
3. Provide direct service (billable hours) as deemed necessary to meet program needs.
4. Ensure all required documentation is completed in a timely, legible manner and in accordance with PATH policy and procedures.
5. Provide on-call oversight to staff. 
6. Consult with Child Psychiatrist/s on a regular basis.
7. Conduct program orientation of new staff.
8. Participate in recruitment and interviews of potential staff
9. Ensure assigned staff meet productivity requirements.
10. Co-lead, with Program Director, weekly team meetings and in-service trainings for staff.

Position Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm (30 hr/week)
 Essential Functions:

Working oneon one with each customer you serve, you willassess theirneeds, work towards meeting desired outcomes, and tend to them accordingly with the goal of fostering a positive, encouraging, and safe environment. Our DSPs are our customers helpers, mentors, and advocates. 
 
 HERE IS ONE OF OUR AVAILABLE CUSTOMERS:
 
329: Adult male in the NW Portland area. He is very curious and active and loves to go out into his community. He is very organized and is particular about his routine and the time of his daily activities. He would love to find a friendly, bubbly DSP who can keep up with him and help him stay engaged. He would prefer that his DSP have prior experience in working with individuals with autism.
The schedule he needs to be filled is: Thursdays from 4:30p-7:30p &amp; Saturdays from 9:30a-12:30p
 
Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Experience with the I/DD community is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Must pass a background check. - *Not all charges will warrant a disqualification.</li>
<li>Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Must have a valid drivers license, with a good driving record.</li>
<li>Musthave your own reliable vehicle, with full coverage auto insurance.</li>
<li>Must be willing to assist customers with bathrooming and hygiene needs. </li>

Position Summary
This position is responsible for serving as the Credit Union’s lead personal advisor including handling member transactions and member center operations in an expert fashion with expert knowledge and service focus. This position meets or exceeds individual sales and service goals and acts as a mentor to the personal advisors and member center. In the absence of a Member Center Assistant Manager, this role would be responsible for the daily operations of the member center. As a member of the member center leadership team, this position will promote, mentor, and coach staff on meeting and exceeding sales and service goals. Essential Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Perform operational tasks that assists member center management with the day to day responsibilities of the member center (vault management, opening and closing procedures, cash management, reports and accounting needs, compliance needs, etc.).</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy and thoroughness of documentation and data entry during account opening, loan application/closings, and maintenance of memberships.</li>
<li>Assist management in providing effective training, transactional coaching and mentoring techniques to existing and new team member’s regarding all aspects of sales and service to ensure individual goals and growth targets of the credit union are met.</li>
<li>Assist with schedule development and ensure staff is available at all times to provide quality service to the membership.</li>
<li>Balance the branch general ledgers, vault, and cash dispensers, to ensure compliance with credit union policies.</li>
<li>Responsible for the ordering of cash shipments for the vault and ATM to ensure sufficient funds are available for our membership.</li>
<li>Monitor and report any out of balance conditions of concern to necessary parties to ensure the credit union out of balance guidelines and regulations are in compliance.</li>
