<li>Ensure maintenance of store appearance, back room, restrooms, and individual work area. </li>
<li>Build customers’ confidence by making their experience comfortable and simple while meeting their needs.</li>
<li>Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.</li>
<li>Must be able to work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor.</li>

The Assistant Manager will aid the General Manager in the oversight of club operations to ensure an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience. Requirements:
What you bring to the table:

<li>Must be 18 years of age.</li>
<li>High school diploma/GED equivalent required.</li>
<li>Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).</li>
<li>Strong customer service skills.</li>
<li>Strong problem resolution skills.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.</li>
