Responsibilities
The Cocktail Server is responsible for serving both alcoholic &amp; non-alcoholic beverages to guests throughout the property, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. 
This position is part-time &amp; has two shift options: - Overnight: Shift starts at 12am midnight until 8:30am.
- Day: Shift starts at 8am until 4:30pm
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

 What You'll Do:

<li> Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites </li>
<li> Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education </li>
<li> Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams </li>
<li> Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service </li>
<li> Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise </li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.</li>
<li>Monitor access to the residential location, verifying identification and managing visitor logs as required.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.</li>
<li>Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating with property management and emergency services.</li>
<li>Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or unwanted activity.</li>
<li>Answer inquiries and provide information to residents and guests regarding building policies and amenities.</li>
<li>Document and report any unusual activity, incidents, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.</li>
</ul>

Minimum Requirements:

<li>A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.</li>
<li>California Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>

Position: Concessions Attendant/Cook - Ice Arena (Part-Time)
Rate $16.15/hour

The Edge Ice Arena is seeking Concession Attendants/Cooks for the Penalty Box. Work with a fun team during public ice skating, hockey tournaments and ice lessons. This position is responsible for food preparation, concession sales, and performing general clean up duties.
 
Our ideal candidate will have:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience involving assisting the public.</li>
<li>Accurate cash handling experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of general food preparation equipment preferred (flat top, deep fat fryers, stoves, microwaves).</li>
<li>CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications preferred.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings.</li>
</ul>
