Additionally responsible for printing contracts, as needed, directly to Sales Center locations.</li>
<li>Conducts deed verifications, usage and exchange verifications, and delinquency verifications. Prepares documents for property transfers. Collects and posts outstanding balances for mortgages and Condo Association receivables in various software applications. Assists management with training.</li>
<li>Performs audits of daily sales, to ensure all contracts are within processing guidelines and ready to be submitted for recording. Identifies and documents any challenges and properly routes action items. Prepares and processes corrective documents.</li>
<li>Adheres to all departmental and company policies and procedures and ensures that both internal and external customers are provided the utmost level of customer service.</li>
