In this role, you’ll be the front line of protection, investigating liability, property damage, and carwash-related claims across our convenience store and fuel station network. If you have an investigative mindset and thrive on uncovering facts, assessing risk, and driving fair resolutions—you’ll feel right at home here.
 What You’ll Do

Lead thorough investigations into:

General liability claims (slip/trip/falls, customer injuries)

Property damage incidents (customer or vendor-caused damage)
</li>

Carwash incidents (vehicle damage claims)

Collect and evaluate evidence, including surveillance footage, interviews, and reports.

Prepare detailed investigative reports to support claims evaluation and litigation.

Spot red flags: identify fraud indicators, negligence, or liability exposure.

Collaborate with the General Liability Claims Manager, attorneys, carriers, TPAs, and store staff.

Keep meticulous records in the claims system.

2+ years of investigative experience (law enforcement, private investigation, insurance claims, loss prevention, or risk management).
