Position SummaryPremier Orthopaedics is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our team at the Paoli, PA office. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with top-tier specialists, assist with diagnostics, and contribute to our patients’ comprehensive care journey. This is a full-time on-site role. 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Patient Care: Take detailed histories, perform assessments, and ensure patient needs are met with the highest quality care. </li>
<li>Diagnostic Procedures: Order, conduct, and interpret diagnostic tests to support comprehensive care planning. </li>
<li>Collaboration: Work alongside physicians to assess, develop, and implement effective treatment plans. </li>
<li>Documentation &amp; Record Keeping: Keep accurate, up-to-date patient charts using Athena (or other EMR systems). </li>
<li>Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications and ensure optimal patient outcomes.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
Education: 
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. </li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li>
</ul>
Licenses &amp; Certifications:
<ul>
<li>Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania Physician Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).</li>
</ul>
Experience:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 year as a Physician Assistant, ideally in orthopaedics or a related field. </li>
<li>Familiarity with Athena or other EMR systems preferred. </li>
