We are offering a position in a fast-paced, fun &amp; collaborative environment. The Firm has an immediate opening for a Criminal Defense Paralegal in our Saint Paul, Minnesota office. This is a full-time, non-exempt position and will require 40 hours of work per week. Employee is to reside in the Twin Cities area and will work in our Saint Paul, MN Office. The Paralegal will assist the criminal defense team, paralegals, attorneys and other employees. DUTIES:

<li>Opening New Criminal Cases</li>
<li>Draft Various Legal Documents such as Stipulations, Request, and Plea Agreements</li>
<li>File Legal Documents Electronically</li>
<li>Send Legal Documents to Clients for Signature</li>
<li>Send Legal Documents to Prosecutors for Review and Signature</li>
<li>Schedule Department of Transportation Hearings for Attorneys</li>
<li>Email Court Documents to Clients for Signature</li>
<li>Client communication via email, text, and phone calls</li>
<li>Schedule Phone Calls between the clients and attorney</li>
<li>Call Court Clerks</li>
<li>Maintain Court Calendars</li>
<li>Send Court Reminders to Clients</li>
