<li>Maintain a thorough knowledge of acceptable quality standards established by the quality department to ensure maximum production of saleable parts.</li>
<li>Responsible for monitoring Maintenance technician mold change program loading and set-ups, as well as Operator inspecting and verifying the first spot checks to assure proper methods were followed to produce a quality part.</li>

<li>Read and interpret detailed technical drawings, engineering instructions, and work orders to determine setup requirements and production sequences.</li>
<li>Load machine programs and perform necessary edits to ensure machining accuracy and adherence to tolerances.</li>
<li>Secure workpieces using clamps, vises, or fixtures; adjust tools and offsets based on inspection results.</li>
<li>Conduct regular quality checks throughout the machining process using precision measuring instruments to verify critical dimensions and surface finishes.</li>
<li>Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to reduce machine downtime.</li>
<li>Record production data accurately, noting part dimensions, tool life, and machine performance.</li>
<li>Communicate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and tooling performance.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or trade school certification in machining a plus.</li>
<li>At least 3 years of experience in CNC milling operations (multi-axis experience preferred).</li>
<li>Proficient in blueprint reading, GD&amp;T, and working with tight tolerances (±.0005").</li>
<li>Experience with Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens controls is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Capable of working from minimal instructions and with complex part geometries.</li>
