Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide vital support to our residents as a one on one companion caregiver, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring their safety and well-being. Your contributions will be essential in creating a nurturing environment where seniors can thrive. 
<ul>
<li>Assist residents with activities of daily living such as grooming, dressing, and continence program as needed</li>
<li>Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.</li>
<li>Help coordinate activities that promote social engagement among residents.</li>
<li>Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the healthcare team.</li>
<li>Support residents with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring as necessary.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience in caregiving or personal assistance is preferred but not required</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to senior care.</li>
<li>Ability to observe and monitor resident conditions effectively.</li>
<li>Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of vital sign monitoring is beneficial but not required.</li>
<li>CPR and First Aide Certified</li>
