With that being said, if you are an experienced Commercial Litigation&nbsp;Attorney living in the Chicago area looking for hybrid work we want to hear from you asap. Even though compensation will be dependent upon a candidates experience, duration of the project and sophistication level of the experience required, we anticipate that the compensation will range anywhere from $75/hour to $100/hour.
Common deliverables and experience that we look for are as follows:
- 3+ years handling sophisticated commercial litigation work.

- Demonstrated experience with drafting a host of litigation documents including motions, briefs etc.&nbsp;

A premier and fast-growing personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Paralegal to join its legal team. The firm is known for its aggressive advocacy, client-centered approach, and consistent success in obtaining results for individuals injured due to the negligence of others. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact cases, collaborate with a passionate team, and play a critical part in helping clients get the justice they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>
Manage a high-volume caseload with an emphasis on personal injury matters (auto accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, etc.)
</li>
<li>
Draft, file, and manage legal documents including complaints, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, motions, and settlement demand packages
</li>
<li>
Coordinate and schedule depositions, medical appointments, mediations, and court hearings
</li>
<li>
Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, insurance correspondence, and related documentation
</li>
<li>
Assist attorneys in trial preparation, case strategy, and client communications
</li>
<li>
Maintain up-to-date case files in the firm's case management system
</li>
<li>
Serve as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law
</li>
<li>
Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes, especially pre-litigation and discovery
</li>
<li>
Proficiency with legal document drafting and case management software
</li>
<li>
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
</li>
<li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills
</li>
<li>
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
</li>
<li>
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
</li>
